• Acquisition advice of derelict site (having previously worked for the vendor)
• Management contract negotiations ultimately leading to creation of independent operating platform and bespoke licensing structure
• Development advice and site optimization
• Disposal of the residential units at market leading rates
• Budgeting and performance reviews
• Introduction and successful negotiations of multiple £100+ million debt facilities
• Successfully advising on various new opportunities in Europe and the US (now under construction)
